Perhaps it's just quicker to unroll the hose reel if you leave the bottom half of the locker shutter open?

Like most Turkish pumpers, this Iveco does have a large tank. Looks like around 5, 500 liters.

Just like many other third world fire services, they have to cope with urban areas which either do not have hydrants, or have few and far between, combined with low output concerns...
