Rear view of the ex Hull City and Humberside TL (see picture #28380 also) - why do they do this to old appliances ? - it was the same with traction engines and steam trains - all being playground attractions until they fell into disrepair and 'elf and safety took over !

Rick, what is going to be the future of this machine? It look like there is enough there to restore. Is it going to be one of your projects?

Sorry for not replying earlier - the TL is actually in a very poor state - the ladders are damaged and twisted and there are no pawl boxes on the ladders - the chassis and cab could be restored though - you don't happen to have a'spare' 100 foot A type ladder in your shed do you ?

Hope to catch up with you at Preston Hall - (another plug) this weekend ?
