Unk. yr. Ford/Sanford tanker. That's the old fire station in the backround. They now have a metal building as a station.

Wikipedia gives the years of manufacture of the Ford C-series tilt-cab as 1957-1990. That's right, 33 years with essentially no change. There are a couple of spotting hints. In 1958-60, the trucks had four headlights; in other years they had two. The amber reflector in the front door badge responded to a Federal requirement starting in 1968. So I think all we can about the year of this vehicle is that it's 1968 or later.
