Where was this emergency services show and how often is it?

Its at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire (Home of the National Agriculture Show) It takes place every November, free admission

This appliance is currently being used by the driving school as its second appliance callsign ET88 P2 based at Hucknall

FN09 ATK was based at training school Ollerton and was being used for pump training, as far as I'm aware it's not been used at driving school. It will going on the run shortly as T27P1 (Carlton), moving to P2 before the end of the year when the 60 plate wagons arrive. Hope this helps.

Ah I've got a picture of it at Carlton recently on flickr. It was bearing the 88 prefix which is training school but waynes comment totally makes sense.
