Great picture Clement. Any idea why the writing is in English? Just curious.

As Hong Kong used to be a British Territory, almost everything there is written in English and, more often than not, also Cantonese, as can be seen next to the sign saying 'Fire Services'.

Most of Hong Kong's native Chinese speak English, but not all of the European settlers speak Cantonese. That is why English is still the main language in Hong Kong.
