OK Yelp B.; I have to 'fess up on the fancy camera angle, in picture #21461.

Here is the Exit, in all its grimey glory - alternate layers of ice and road-sand and salt - beginning to melt away, in the longer winter days of sun.

Would you believe that there is actually Chip-Seal pavement(Tar Macadam) in foreground ?

As Spring wears on and everything melts - it gets worse, rather like the WW-2 Russian Front.

We have 2 Through-Roads that are operable Summer, Autumn, Winter(freeze hard, and kept plowed); but have to be closed in Spring as they become an impossible mess of mud - they pass through wood-land swampy areas, and the water table rises.....

Pat, I can see why you first submitted the other picture of the station - far prettier! Thanks for clearing it up though - my query that is, and not the driveway!
