Sorry to be a fussy, but this West Sussex Rapier is T360 APO which is a reserve appliance (having been new to Worthing in 1999 then serving at Petworth from June 2004 - 2006. This must have been on the run in place of East Grinsteads own Rapier - N140 DPX, which is due to be replaced as their 2nd WTL shortly by the influx of 58 & 09 plated Scania appliances. Visible in the front locker is the Holmatro cutting equipment found on 2nd appliances. West Sussex First away WTLs have Clan Lucas cutting gear introduced in 2003, from which date the Holmatro gear was moved to 2nd & 3rd WTLs, which previously did not carry any hydraulic cutting equipment. Jon.
