Actually, it's an Isuzu truck.

The station Roma 2, located in Lima downtown, is not the oldest one. As the number is 2, this is the second one founded. The oldest station is Union Chalaca No. 1.

Not many Japanese fire trucks have made it to South America. This one seems to still be right hand drive, like some secondhand British units which the locals have not considered it worthwhile to convert.

The chassis is indeed Isuzu, but the pump and ladder are manufactured by Morita, which is Japan's premier aerial fire equipment manufacturer.
