Looks like a runabout Marcel, at least I hope thats all it is! Bombers sounds quite ominous!

Bombers could be Spanish for 'Fire' whilst the use of Amber flashing lights suggests a maintenance vehicle rather than a front line appliance.
'Vehicule de formation Incendie' probably translates as 'Vehicle of the Fire Division (fire brigade)'
whilst 'Generalitat de Catalogne could be 'Council of Catalogne' perhaps a legal address.
I am certainly no professional translator, but am basing this on my megre knowledge of Latin (the root of most Western European languages)and a bit of intuitive direction. 'Bomberos' or 'Bomba' (for fire)seems to appear frequently in Latin based languages. The red stripe makes it go faster...

Try driving round London with THAT written on your van!

Thankyou Mr Hall! I know that until this year only Spanish Police cars used blue lights, the fire service can now as well. As for the translation, you are close, I Googled it and it came up as fire.
As for the stripe you know my views on those!
