Standard soviet-block era fire truck paint job, still in use in several countries.

Quite distinctive, but very simple, Only fire services were allowed to have red vehicles with these dual white stripes, bumper and front doors. Many also had whitewall tyres, but this unit makes do with white painted wheel rim edges, which are presumably much easier to keep clean. A very high proportion of these older soviet union fire trucks were based on this kind of military chassis, both 4X4 and 6X6.

If you have seen any video of their firefighters tackling structure fires after a heavy snowstorm, before the streets are ploughed out, a 6X6 aerial ladder makes a lot of sense!
