FG 9026 Leyland Cub FK1

Rear view of Leyland Cub FK1 showing the new world style bodywork and the pump binnacle, the two hoops in the rear next to the tyres are the ladder gantrys removed for clearance, and the two outer outlets on the pump are the delivery ports, the middle one is an extra delivery but with a gate valve and screw thread fitting - probably to feed a ships fire main or an installation on the dockside, - Kirkcaldy was a large dockyard in earlier times.

Did this carry its hoses flaked American-syle either side of the pump? Or were these areas used for crew members?

Added by Rob Johnson on 10 September 2018.
New World body is where the crew sit facing inwards, so the area's either side of the pump would be steps up into the rear seating area. There may of been the odd piece of kit stowed, but not flaked hose.

For CAB 650 - The hoses were fixed on the side. Do you know where it is please? If you google search it Leyland CUB Cab60 and look at images. It's an old Tenbury Engine.
