Maudslay Motor Company was a British manufacturer of cars and trucks. It was founded in 1902 and had its headquarters in Coventry, England. It was taken over in 1948 by Associated Equipment Company (AEC) and became part of Associated Commercial Vehicles (ACV) Ltd. The brand name Maudslay was used until 1950 when it was dropped by ACV.
